Somebody must have built the tower right there so that you could say, "Right behind the tower, behind the heavenly mist are the three falls." so that you dont miss them by any chance...

Depends on one's viewpoint. i have heard the story that when Sir Visveswaraya saw th Jog falls for the first time, he muttered, " What a waste". An engineer would perhaps find some beauty in the transmission tower, rather than in the falls.
Well, I agree, but building a transmission tower at the point of a view beats it all...
